Foods for Diarrhea & IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)

Bananas Rice Applesauce Yogurt Chamomile or Peppermint Tea

Avoid foods that are hard on the digestive system, such as fats and high-fibrous foods.

Continue your diet of bananas, apples, rice, yogurt (with live and active cultures), and herbal teas until the diarrhea becomes hard and your caca is solid.
